So i will be added to a family plan and i will probably get the htc thunderbolt and this family plan gets yearly upgrades and if i was add would my line get yearly upgrades even though it was after verizon changed there policy and second question is can i put the thunderbolt on a one year agreement while the other two phones are for two years or do they all have to be the same and if so how much would the thnuderbolt be on a one year agreement? Please Answer

I think they have one of the high plans and I thought with verizons new policy is like every 12 months 79.99 or highr or something like that

From what I know of Verizon, my answer would be "There's no such thing as a one-year agreement." When your current family plan's one-year term is up, your family will have a choice to go to 2-year or month-to-month.

However, there may be factors or plans that I haven't heard about - e.g. your family plan may be grandfathered in from some other carrier's plan. (I have a grandfathered plan from a carrier that Verizon purchased, and normal Verizon rules don't always apply to that plan.) So if your plan's circumstances are unique, people on this forum may not be able to give you a meaningful answer.

I'd call Verizon's customer service and ask them...

Well if that's the case, then no there is no longer one year contracts or annual upgrades. Therefore, you will not have it if you join the account.
