Upgrade?

Anyone considering upgrading to the S26U today? Why or why not?

as it happens, I have a much larger purchase I'm working on this week (car for the bride), so there's no way I'm even thinking about a new phone. hell, having enough trouble thinking about a new ride. $$$$$$

I don't see the Flip 7 as a trade-in option. Doubtful I would have gone for the S26 but not sure why it wouldn't be an option? Is it because it hasn't been out very long?

I'm holding on to my s24U.

The s26 line has some very nice features. The tech behind the privacy screen is interesting. But nothing I saw made me say 'I want that now'!

Yeah the Fold 7 and Flip are pretty new so they won't give them as an option

no congrats just yet. we've got the vehicle selected. however, I'm having trouble locating my crowbar so that I can force open my wallet and pay for the thing.

Cars are a big investment just shop and find a good deal and do homework on that model.

Do partial financing keep the rest of the cash in the bank , more phones lol no but really especially if u get 3 to 0 percent financed keep the rest in bank

looking at 2.5 right now. we'll see what they reset to on Monday.

Idk if I'm upgrading. I just got the s24 ultra in feb of last year. I still have my s22 ultra i could use as a trade in but I'm weary of trading in with Samsung. They tried to get me with some earbuds I traded in for the the Buds 3 pro. They said my box was empty and it was 4 months before they contacted me . I bought the new buds in November of 24 and they contacted me in april of 25. I'm so glad I had picture and video proof. If I get anything it will be the Buds 4 but again idk about doing the trade in.

It looks like they aren't even doing trade ins for the Buds 4. So that's another thing I need to think about. Do I really want to pay full price for new buds and have to keep the old ones I won't be using? Decisions , decisions. Lol

I upgraded to the S26U. I figure i will use the privacy screen more than the Bluetooth features on the S Pen. I will miss those however. I'm always in the mood for better camera quality. Along with trade in value, I decided to upgrade. I chose the silver shadow color. Something besides black, which I've had for the past 4 phones. I wish Samsung wouldn't have combined the Note and S series. S users have watered down the significance of the S Pen and they don't appreciate it enough. That is why the Bluetooth features have gone away, IMO.

As far as the Buds, I'm keeping my 3 pros. I love the lights and use them quite often. Plus, there's no trade in, so no need for me to upgrade.
