Upgrades pushed back to 24 months

If any of them less than 20 months? The rezound upgrade is based on the current policy of 20 months since the upgrade is before September

If I'm counting correctly, this April is 17 months from November '11. July will be 20. Is that what you're talking about? So, how come they're offering me an upgrade now?

I don't think your OP was clear; now it is. They are offering you the ability to upgrade now for an upgrade that wasn't due until July. Wish I would get one of those emails!

But, apparently, only for the three specific models. And, frankly, I don't see a compelling reason to do it right now. My Rezound isn't all that bad, especially if VZW comes through with it's latest firmware upgrade turning it into a true global phone. After all, who knows what will hit the market by November.

Do those lines have unlimited unthrottled 4GLTE? This upgrade sounds like it is valid only directly through Verizon, and typically, third party offers better deals

Do you have unlimited data? If so, you could sell your plan and get out of it sooner if you are OK with changing your phone number.

In your account, it will indicate unlimited data. Upgrading unlimited data lines while keeping unlimited on those lines now is a little more complicated

I have seen customers cuss out managers, and associates, and promise they will never shop there again. in two to three days time, I see that same customer again. corporate america at it's best!

We hear this nearly every day. People and their empty threats. There is this mindset established that if you act like that, companies will drop to their knees and give you what you want. After customers taking advantage of situations like this for years, you see more companies sticking with their policies. I love the people who think we will create a plan just for them because they are squawking about leaving. Wireless customers are truly some of the dumbest and most arrogant customers I've ever dealt with.

personally, I've always gotten the best service by acting like a human, not a neanderthal. but maybe some people DO get what they want by acting a fool. smh.

I've always told people, I'll do anything for anyone who is civil, but that is such a rarity these days
