Upgrading Unlocked LG G3

hey i got my new LG unlocked D855 32GB. Im currently using it in India it shows software update is available to my mobile. Is it safe to update the Unlocked mobile also if we update is there any problems occur to access network . I dont want to trouble the phone without knowing this.please help me out

Is this one of the firmware updates from LG? If so, which?
Or is it a Google software update....again, if so, which?
