The question is in the title : is it possible to upload mp3 i have on my device, to my music account, straight from the device ?

thanks a lot

There isn't a direct method to my knowledge. Only thing is save music to either Google Drive or Drop box from android and have music manager sync automatically with the folder.

Posted via Android Central App on my Nexus 5 (4.4.2)

If it is saved on your device, it will be visible and playable through the Play Music app whether or not you've actually uploaded it to your library. As far as uploading music, I believe you need to do that on your PC. I can't think of a way to upload from the device itself.

Yes there is a easy way to do this, but you need to use 7zipper, make sure the album/music folder you want to put on google play music is in your download folder. Go to download folder, find music folder, and hold till menu pops up, then hit media scanner. Go to settings in Google play music app and hit refresh.

Just tried and this method does not upload music to Google play.
