Uploading a text messaging thread to FaceBook

How do I upload a text (SMS) thread from my Note 3? I've tried different apps ut no success yet, the only thing I can do is upload a single text message, or take a screenshot of what's on screen which won't show the whole thread...how do I upload the whole thread?

You can't really. It's not like a pdf or txt doc or anything
