Upper left corner sometimes unresponsive

Hi,

I'm new to the forums. I just got my note 5 a week ago. I originally had a one m8. Which I loved up til my upgrade lol. I decided to go with a note 5 because the successor of the m8 didn't seem like an upgrade imo.

Anyways. I noticed the upper left corder of my screen is sometimes unresponsive. Like in a game or when I want to press the + to open a new tab in Google Chrome. Restarting usually fixes it for a while. I do the *#0*# and run the touch test & sometimes touching the upper left of screen leaves a mark and darkens a box but sometimes doesnt.

Is there a fix for this issue or an update?

Hi, welcome to the forums! Do you have Facebook Messenger installed in your phone? If so, disable it temporarily and see if the problem persists. You can also take a look at this thread for more solutions.

When it happens to me I just close all my open apps and it works again.
