Latest update of chrome took it away.... How do I get that back?

They got rid of it and replaced it with Chrome Duplex, which has a bar on the bottom with bookmarks, most visited sites, etc. while you're at it, enable the modern design and home button. all of these can be found in the flags on all versions of Chrome.
