US Cellular Browser Problem With Downloading?

My phone won't download anything from the browser. Like, it will download things like pictures from, say, Stumbleupon, but not from the browser. Whenever I try to download anything, it goes go the home screen and says "unfortunately, Internet has stopped."

Do you have any apps disabled or frozen that may cause this problem? You could try and clear cache in the browser. Go to settings/ application manager and force close browser and clear data. I usually reboot after this. If your rooted with a custom recovery it would hurt to wipe cache, dalvik and fix permissions.
