Best Buy now shows the US GSM models available. Looks like it's ship-to-store or delivery only for now.

But you probably don't want to buy it from Best Buy.

Their customer service is another reason. It took me 30 mins to get a phone of the shelf and checkout...even when there was more staff than customers. Get to the checkout and have to wait for the change, because they had no money in the draws...

Well some people probably don't price check and just buy. Plus, Google isn't subsidizing the nexus when sold by best buy or the carrier branded models.
