USAA App and S8+

Does anyone here use the USAA App and have been successful on logging into the app via biometrics and the finger print scanner??? I have had no luck and am wrecking my brain trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas or proven methods would be greatly appreciated.

Using it fine with the finger print scanner. Did you do all those steps where you click to read the PDF terms and conditions yada yada?

That's the thing, I never get to that step, once I log in with pin and enroll my fingerprint, the little circle spins as if it's doing something but nothing happens. I don't get any PDF or anything to read

I've reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, removed my finger print and set it back up, have all permissions active yet I'm still not getting the PDF or an active fingerprint registration

I can't get past the text message verification to implement fingerprint login. I have short codes blocked with my carrier, and so I never receive the text from USAA. I receive text verification codes just fine with other apps.

What steps did you take to get the text verification?? Do you have a carrier model or factory unlocked??

Has all of the biometric features worked or do you need to have the app on your phone for a certain amount of time First?
