"Usage" App.

What does it do?


I am getting a notification from Pushbullet that his app is "running" every time i receive a notification from my phone.


any clues?

I don't really know but my guess is that it may be the app/service that logs data usage for apps. Also, it could be an app/service for logging our interactions with notifications or other dialogs.
