Usage of the contact charger

Hello all of you,

New to Samsung, migrating from iphone...

I use me S6 Edge in the morning fully charged and it ok up to bed. Durung the night i put it on top of the contact charger.
My question is: can it overcharge and, hence, affect the duration life of the battery??

Is it a good way tonproceed ???

I don't think overcharging is an issue with any modern smartphones.

However there are those that argue that any form of wireless (or high speed) charging is bad for your battery. I don't worry about it.
