I haven't even noticed it yet. Are transfer speeds to SD card largely improved with USB 3 vs. USB 2? ...I would imagine to internal storage they would be.
When you enable USB3.0 it disables your mobile connection. So you can't receive calls when its connected. Says so when you do it.

It's not that. USB 3.0 interferes with wireless signals. The reason this isn't as wide spread knowledge as you'd expect is that the Note 3 is the first phone with USB 3.0. Having 3.0 on all the time would impact the rest of the cell's experience. Switching to USB 3.0 mode shouldn't disable your cell service, there's just a disclaimer saying that it may be impacted.
It's not a perfect solution, but you're still getting 3.0 speeds and Samsung doesn't have tons of support calls about lousy wireless when less technically saavy folks leave their USB 3.0 on![]()
