I am using Android Auto with my Note Edge connected to my Kenwood 9902s car multimedia system. Android Auto uses USB Audio out for high fidelity audio. But the audio volume is extremely low. Using an iPhone 6s with Carplay and lightning to USB plays normally on the same Kenwood unit.

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot USB Audio Out?

I do not have a car with Android Auto.

But I have a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro, an Oppo HA-2 DAC/Headphone amp, and I use an app called UAPP to play music through the Note's USB to the Oppo DAC, and then connect the Line Out from the DAC to my car's Line In via a standard 3.5 mm jack audio cable. Great sound, plenty of volume.

hi were you able to fix your problem? having the same problem with my car civic 2016.

Fixed with the latest update to Android v6.0.1 - so apparently an Android issue when implemented on my Note 4 edge, as provided by my carrier, Rogers Mobile.
