Ok, desperately in search of adapter that lets you charge your phone and listen at the same time. Trying to find one before i get my note 10+? Does this exist?

there are many. Amazon search them out and choose one. perhaps do a YouTube review Search first for the best of the best as I purchased a c-3.5 and there are many crappy ones as a few that actually enhance your sound.

Since we are also taking about charging, it may be important to consider and look for internal power limits for these splitters. Especially if you're trying to charge at 45 Watts. Might be hard to find such a specification for these though.

I will order a few different ones and report back. Adapter reviews even for just headphone ones are all over the place. i'm not holding my breath for one with 45w fast charging.

Let us know. I've tried a couple and returned them. You have to use a tester to verify the charging wattage is 25W or 45W when the phone is at our below 50%. I've gotten this one and it works well:

Nowhere does that warning say not to use these types of devices. Only that some don't meet USB specifications or have defects. At the very least, I would try and stuck to trusted brands if they exist.

However, I would be careful to pay attention to published power handling specifications and stay within them. The 25 watt and 45 watt chargers may easily overcome this if the e-marker equipped cables can communicate that a proper cable is attached through this device.
