USB-C and USB-A Thumbdrives

Never plugged a thumbdrive into a phone.
Will something like this work on this phone:

Will I have full access and management of the drive like I would on a PC?

It should work, yes. You would see that as an external drive in your phone, and you can have control over it just like on a PC.

I have a similar drive with micro USB that I used with my m8. Works fine, shows up as an external drive. Great for transferring big files in a pinch when a desktop is unavailable
