USB-C extra long cable

I'm trying to find an extra long USB-C to C cable. Any recommendations?

How long does it need to be? Is USB 2.0 fast enough or do you need USB 3.0/3.1 speeds?

USB-C 3.0/3.1 rated cables typically stop around 6' long and have heavy jackets, making them less flexible. USB-C 2.0 rated cables can be found up to 12' long.

I have a 10 foot micro USB cable from monoprice. Then use a USB micro to USB C adapter.

I think I have less than $4 spent for this setup. Works very well. Used it with several different devices and different chargers.

It works great with the included adaptor for the phone and also was less than $10. It's super long and very high quality. I am a huge Aukey fan.

I agree with the Monoprice suggestions. MP is great for all cables: HDMI, USB, etc., and they often have discount promotions, free shipping, etc.

All of these have the standard USB large plug on one side. Looking for a longer version than the short one that came with the Pixel 2.

In his reviews Benson often says "for your older devices using usb c". Will these all support the fast charge method used in LG V20?

Are any of these in Ebay? I don't shop Amazon.

I have the regular Pixel 2 and also the XL. These three foot cords are not going to work for my wife and I. We need something longer to charge but also gives the power charging. I am not initially seeing anything with Monoprice. Any ideas before I venture into the Amazon wormhole?

If you are looking for a usb-c to usb-c over 6 feet you are out of luck.

So then C to C must have a 3-foot limitation, or loses latency, power, etc., beyond that.

Do you get the same charging power of the type of cord you posted? I saw plenty of those looking around.

I dont have any long cords without adapters at this time. I just ordered some 6 ft cables from Amazon. I will see if I can get fast charge on them.

I use this 6ft c-c cord and I can confirm it does charge in "rapid mode" with the google supplied power brick.
