USB Connecting and Disconnecting

Hello!

Whenever i connect my Honor 8 lite to my pc, i hear the connect sound and then few seconds later it disconnects, it keeps repeating that until i take off the cable.

I tried to fix it in every possible way but i just can't seem to find a fix.
Phone works fine on my 2 laptops but keeps doing that on my PC.

All the things i've tried.
-Change windows power settings including suspend mode
-Install newer bios
-Uninstall drivers
-Tried 7 different cables
-Windows restore
-Disconnect all other usb devices and try all the different usb ports (they're all fine)
-Disable/Enable USB 3.0
-Tried different phone (works fine on my old ZTE)
-Factory reset my phone
etc

Any idea what it could be?

can you go into your settings on the phone and set it for charge only. maybe the device is trying to connect to the computer and the connection keeps resetting. If you plug the phone into a wall charger does it work okay?

I did it, i tried all the modes but it keeps disconnecting and connecting.
Yes charging it through a wall plug does work normally.

maybe try a factory reset...maybe there is a glitch somewhere

I found out something strange that didn't happen with my other laptops. When i plug it into my pc, the device properties show this "Linux File-CD Gadget USB Device" and it shows the whole phone as optical device. It hasn't happened before. What is going on?

Okay so today i ended up buying 15€ Portable USB Hub that has 4 slots and it's individual power cable. It stopped disconnecting, i think there might've been somekind of power issues regarding the phones drivers and the motherboards usb slots.
