USB enable debugging Nexus s 4G

I rooted my phone and put face unlock on my Sprint Nexus s 4g. Worked no problem, however when i loaded a transparent power control, when i reloaded the power control was no longer on the screen and every time I try to go into the settings i get an error saying "Unfortunately, system UI has stopped" I wanted to just factory reset the device but i cannot get into the settings and I cannot enable debugging. any ideas?
