USB File Transfer problems

when i hook up my captivate to transfer media onto it, when it says installing driver it fails and says "the driver could not be installed"

Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and if so could you please tell me how to resolve it

Have you downloaded the drivers and installed them first, before connecting?
