I have a 1 year old 64GB M7. It is rooted and S-OFF. I've not had problems before with ADB or Fastboot. I'm running ViperOne 6.2.1. I started to upgrade to ViperOne 7.0.2 and realized the PC didn't recognize my phone. I've tried 3 PCs now and none of them see any sign of a device attached. Nothing shows in Device Manager either.
The phone is set to developer mode with USB Debugging on. The M7 turns on the USB Debugging icon when attached a PC, but the PC sees nothing. I've also tried multiple HTC cables with no change.
I'm thinking its a USB hardware failure. I've thought about trying a factory reset, any other thoughts?
