USB issues

I rooted my color nook using cm7.02. I have a 4 gig sd card installed. If I take the sd card out of my nook I can't connect to my windows 7 computer using the usb cable.

I don't know if CM 7.02 supports this (I am running nighly 100) but if you press the up arrow in the status bar there will be an entry saying USB connected. Press that and the next screen will have a place to press to turn on USB storage. That should do it for you.
