USC Galaxy SII sch-R760 upgrade

I found out USC has an OS upgrade for the SII. How can I install it without a computer? All I have is my phone and a Kindle Fire, no computer. When I try to update the phone in the settings, it says I have the lastest version but I don't.

I have Android 2.3.6. I should be able to install 4.1.2.

On US Cellular's website, I only see ICS 4.0.4 as the highest version update. Android Downloads | Android-Powered Phones | U.S. Cellular

I'm not aware of a way to update without a computer. Can you bring your phone into a US Cellular store and ask them to update it?
