used all my download contract

[Android Central Question]

my s3 gear has used all my phone contract in two weeks when i have been connected to wifi nearly all the time. I have looked through the settings on the phone and watch and can't find anything to stop this. There must be a way to stop the phone checking everything all the time when not on wifi
