Used Miui ROM Now unable to use other roms

Well for this post i didn't brick my phone like the old lg optimus s i had but this time I'm having a bit of a problem with flashing other roms I flashed Miui from this guy who ported it heres the original forum [ROM][JB 4.1.2][PORT][NS4G] miui v5 3.8.9 - xda-developers everything works great with this ROM but i decided to use Illusion ROM to check it out so I went into my touch TWRP recovery did a wipe of everything except my sdcard installed the Illusion ROM and Gapps but it stays on the custom boot screen, I also tried other ROMs like JellyBAM but all for some odd reason keep doing the exact same thing stuck on the custom boot image and way longer than its supposed to i can tell you that. So I'm pretty much saying if theres some step I missed on flashing a new ROM because apparently I'm only good at flashing one rom on this thing I'd love to use other roms so if you guys have any suggestions please help me. Also unlike my other forum backups do work on this so I can go back to my miui backup and use that but again I'd love to use other ROMs as well. Thanks in advance

Nevermind I tried other ROMs and they worked I guess that those two are just not working
