using a D801 in European Carrier

I'm getting an unlocked D801 model (At&t).
I'm going to use the phone in Portugal, is there any problem using this phone with a Portuguese carrier?

Hm, not sure what happened to my reply, but just wanted to point out that the D-800 is the AT&T model, and the D-801 is the T-Mobile model. Depending on which one you meant, can affect how well it works in Portugal, I would think.

Yes, the D802 is the Tmobile model...I read today that on lte wont work in europe...but 2g and 3G will work flawless....
