Using an alternate launcher?

Is anyone out there using an alternate launcher on this phone? I am big on customization, being able to use different icon packs and all that.. That being said, I was wondering if running a third party launcher ruins the ability to use the curved part of the display? In other words, is the Edge's edge tied into TW?

Nova launcher and Apex are both good ones. I recently tried Nova launcher, then upgraded to Nova launcher prime to release some additional features. I'm VERY happy with it and should have done it a long time ago.

Yep using Next launcher on my Edge and loving it no issues edge works fine

I am using Nova Launcher. Sometimes the app crashes and other times it does not.So i might go 2-3 days without crashes and other days it crashes a few times. Was thinking of trying out Apex to see if its better.

I actually have the paid version of Next launcher and I keep saying I'm gonna take the time to set it up on one of my phones. ...maybe this weekend.

Nova for sure. Definitely worth paying for the full app. For the amount of customization its well worth the price.

the edge display doesn't seem to be tied in with touchWiz which is awesome!

I love and use the Everything Me Launcher, it puts the apps in categories for you and folders, u can choose or change them if you want

Had the beta of Nokia's "Z Launcher" installed on my Galaxy S5, and when I got the Note Edge, it downloaded my apps and installed it on the Edge as well.

Quite like it, only thing I find is sometimes I select an app and it thinks I'm trying to write a letter instead, but it is 'growing' on me.

I had Nova and used it since September. Was a huge fan of it and then decided to try the Yahoo Aviate. I love the GPS positioning awareness of the app so that the display changes based on where you are at. It also arranges the apps into folders for you. I find it crashes less than the Nova did.

I started using Nove, and love all the features! One thing I've noticed though, is that when I do use an alternate icon pack, it doesn't skin the sppa that I have on the Edge.. Why is that?
