Using ATT GS3 on Kodoo

Hi, I am very new to Android, in fact, I do not have my GS3 yet. I should receive it in a few days. I purchased and ATT GS3 LTE Unlocked as I live in Canada and will want to use it on Koodo. I am wondering if I will have any issues with this. Is there anything I need to do to the phone before I take it to Koodo?

I do not want to ask too many questions at once but if I want to change the rom, do I have to use an ATT or can I use another, say a Telus rom?

Thanks and any help is greatly appreciated. It was a difficult choice switching to Android from IOS.

I believe you will need an at&t rom.
