Using Google assistant to set a timer leaves dinner clicking sound playing in background.

Hi, I'm on a Huawei p30 pro default clock app. When I use Google assistant to set a timer it has the timer clicking sounds playing in background continuously. Only way to stop it is to open the timer app and back out of it. Please help this makes assistant useless for setting timers.

Welcome to Android Central! That doesn't happen to me -- are you sure it's the Google Assistant timer that's clicking, or could it be opening Huawei's own timer app?
