Using Hancom Office

I'm new to this app. I really liked it when I was checking the Pro out at BestBuy.
My question is: Can you only create a new doc while connected to WiFi??

Its a full fledged ms office compatible suite, you can do pretty much everything, it has word, excel, and PowerPoint equivalent apps, as well as readers only, and widgets for quick access..
