Using laptop as headset via bluetooth

Hello
I have Asus x550ln with Ralink bluetooth device. I successfully pair my S5 with my laptop but I am missing some services like making calls from the laptop and using its speakers and mic as headset. My question is:
Is it hardware incapability or a driver issue(all my drivers are fine in Device Manager)?

The phone has a phone and the laptop has a mic and speaker, so the hardware's capable. Does the laptop's Bluetooth stack have a phone profile? I've never seen one that does. Does it have an audio profile? Some have, some don't. (The default Windows stack doesn't - Widcomm and Toshiba do.)
