Using M9 Car app with a car Quick Charger 2.0?

I am very tempted to get a quick charger 2.0 for my car as it will be a great help for summer, but some people are complaining of phone's heating due to Quick charging tech and crazy responsiveness of the screen while charging (with wall quick chargers) making the Car app unusable.
Anyone can confirm these problems or you didn't have them?

I use my Quick Charger on my phones all the time while driving and using apps like Google Maps and Waze without issue.
