Using my S9+ wireless with LogMeIn

I am trying to replace my laptop with my S9+ (extra keyboard and ouse) to connect to our corporate windows servers using LogMeIn. Sometimes the display will just go; parts of the screen are like disintegrating progressively as if the resolution was getting worse.

I wonder if there are additional tools, utilities or drivers to prevent this (doesn't happen on my Windows 11 laptop).

Can you take a picture of the screen with another device and show us here? If the screen itself is deteriorating, there not much else you can do besides replacing that hardware part.
