Using Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 on AT&T mms problems only 1013k or smaller

I got my Verizon S4 to work on AT&T but it seems like photos only under 1013 k will send through mms. Is there a way to fix this? Or how do I convert photos to smaller size before texting? This is my first Android phone... here are the APN settings I used. If anyone has any better APN settings please post.

Now my mms is not working at all or I only receive MMS.
Is there any way to make this work?

ok so got go sms and text now working... also finally got push email with kaiten. But for some reason still having text problems with verizon iPhones. Also international call errors when responding to missed calls. Any tips?
