Since her phone is running ICS, can I flash a JB rom on to it, Since the RUU wasn't updated? Im wondering If Im worring about nothing. I would like to get a custom rom on there, but I have only found 4. Whats your thought? I was looking at this one JmzTotemJBSense ROM, but it says must have JB firmware?

I don't know if you can on the 4.4 update. Otherwise, yes. And you can use my current toolkit for the HTC One. I'm also working on the new version for that one.

Just Got my NEW HTC One...Jet Black......Nice Phone, Speakers are really nice....It was hard to decide..between the LG G2 or this...

Ruu do not play well with modified phones.
You could change it but there's more than just updating the ruu, the firmware and modem have to be correctly paired with the ruu if not you will have a fancy paperweight.

Make a backup in recovery then flash it. The worst that could happen is it won't take. Then if not restore from backup and look for a different one

I read somewhere that if you don't have supercid, you should be Ok. I always get confused with RUU's lol.

You can always use a third party home launcher that supports hiding applications. Then freeze with titanium backup or disable in general application settings.
I would say uninstall but every time I tried that they popped back up after a reboot
