V10 Verizon Update - VS99011B

are you guys using Clean master or CM security, it's a must have plus since the update, after I unplug with 100% battery I've noticed the 100% last a little longer now.

Does cm security hog the battery at all? I've used clean master before and liked it.

There's no way I would use any app by Cheetah Mobile. I dumped QuickPic after it was sold to them. Chinese malware/adware company. No thanks.

Avoid Clean Master at all cost.
If you want to screw up a phone, Clean Master will do it for you. :-\

tourbound is 100% correct.

I purchased the Verizon VS990 off eBay to use in Canada since it was one of the few models that would work on the Telus LTE network. I've been trying to get this update OTA and via the Software Update Assistant software. Keep getting message that update is not available. Are there any other Verizon users in the USA that haven't gotten this update yet, or am I locked out from getting the update because my phone is on a Canadian network? I'm assuming I may be blocked as Verizon knows I am not using one of their SIM cards on their network. Do any of you know a way to download and manually install this update? Any info or advice for installing this update is appreciated :)

Yup my my speakerphone is now sooo loud also. I also noticed a terribly annoying new change. Whenever i have it plugged into the audio jack for my car or home system If i turn up the volume higher than half way " recommended levels" it warns me of hearing damage and adjust the volume back down. So dumb.
