V20 keeps rebooting

Not sure what changed today. Have had the v20 for a few weeks now. I watch a lot of Amazon prime video on it. I was just using it and after about 5 minutes watching, it freezes and then the phone reboots.

I thought it was a fluke but then it happened again a few minutes later and again...

Anyone else having this issue? Was thinking to just return it to sprint for a replacement.

Is this the "boot loop" issue people spoke of on other LG phones?

I would exchange it or do a factory reset on it. I watch videos all day and night on mine

Hope you're within your 14 days otherwise sprint will tell you to deal with lg for the repair or replacement.

Random Rebooting is different then bootlooping.....could be bad app

I'm on a business plan so i get more than 14 days. Ill see if it keeps happening

Happened again tonight. I'm on a business plan with 60 day return. They are shipping me a new one
