Just leave the plastic on the lensesAnyone had issues with their rear camera glass? According to a source on the net some individuals have reported that the glass covering the camera is susceptible to cracking under minimal stress.
I think its probably isolated freak reports but just wondering if there are others out there in the AC community who've had this issue already.
The camera glass on the LG V20 is reportedly shattering under minimal stress | MobileSyrup.com
Can we get a poll: how many Samsung users have a broken back glass? I'd like to know!
I'm strongly leaning toward buying a V20 to replace my Note 5 -- primarily because of the V20's audio performance and SD card slot. However, I do want to get an idea of whether the whole camera glass thing is just a few isolated incidents or something more widespread.
Only vote in this poll if you own a V20.
No issues with the camera...
Although I do still have the plastic on and it's in a case. It's been dropped a few times as well and still no issues with any cracks in the camera.
nope, mine hasn't shatteredHere it is, late January...I've had this phone since launch several months back. I'm clumsy and have dropped it many times...NO issues with the camera glass or lens or whatever it is. ANY phone can break if you drop it, poke it, mindlessly shove it in your purse and then wonder what happened later when possibly your keys or something else damaged it. This can happen to ANY phone!! Any!! These are electronics that should really be taken care of. This is a solid, great device!! Like any other fragile electronic, if your afraid of breaking it, get the insurance.
Have you removed the battery? Not at all but my power button is stuck. Still works for fingerprint but the button is jammed somehow.
I tried that but the button still does not have the same springy feeling it used to have. It still works. It just doesn't move much when you press it in.Have you removed the battery?
