Vanilla android on S3

OK so i dislike touchwiz 200 %. I'm looking to root and load a vanilla flavor android version. Any suggestion and why ?

You can't. Because the phone isnt out yet.

Throw a launcher (I recommend apex) on there.

Installing Apex Launcher will get you close to stock feel until AOSP ROMs are made available for the S3's. I installed it on my Epic Touch a while back and it was great. You'll lose the widgets/apps that are tied to Touchwiz. But that's no problem since the Play Store is full of equal or better apps that can be used as replacements.
