Vastly improved low-light photos

I am absolutely thrilled. I have only had one major grievance since getting the RAZR: horrid low light photos. The update I just received fixed that. I'm getting fantastic low light photos now, using the Motorola camera app. I love this phone!

I just had to give this a shout.

hmmm.... the video low light quality is still awful for me. with the 6.11.748 update... i tried making a video of my laser pen outside at night and you cant even see it at all... cant even see the stars... and this pen is visible for 5 miles in the sky... wondering if its just the phone screen cant pick it up or if its the actual camera... im uploading it to my pc to see if i can see it on there

nope... still cant see a thing. thats my only gripe about this phone so far

I doubt there is any camera - video or not, phone or not - that can pick up laser light at night. Study up on camera optics and photography to see why.

I also seen a improvement in picture quality in low light and normal pictures. Close ups seem more clear after the update to. Glad to see this phone get polished some more.
