Veizon Galaxy Note 3 - transition animation scale!!

Seriously do anybody cares that in developers options that NO MATTER how many times you turn the scale to off it constantly goes BACK to 1X after using the camera app do you guys think KIT Kat will solves this issue I'm not feeling this for the best phone of the year!!! GN3 I'm so glad I don't have all these others b issues I'm seeing on here but too me this is a FREAKING issue

Yes! I have this issue as well! My phone is rooted and I did take a look into the Camera App. Seems like Samsung's Camera App is to blame because in the AndroidManifest.xml file, the app sets the transition animation scale upon loading the camera app. If someone knows how to fix this, that would be great!
