I'd call and get credits . That's what I do for any service issues
.. Did it when I had AT&T, Sprint, and will with T-Mobile the day it happens .

Verizon coverage is crap here in Tucson. I get 2 to 3 bars and get 3G most of the time on a 4G phone. I'm lucky if I get 4G.

I spent XMAS 2013 Thru New Years 2014 in East Tucson and had 0 difficulty with 4G. I even used my phone as a hot spot for 2 computers as the RV park we were in had really bad WiFi.
