Verizon 5.1.1?

From what I'm reading from the people who did get it on other carriers, the battery life is worse. It took a hit when it upgraded from kit kat. I don't want it to be worse

I received my 5.1.1 update for my Note 4 on AT&T and the performance and battery life is alot better. Also all the others I spoke to with the Note 4 are also experiencing increased performance and better battery life also.
I realize this is a small sample size but they all cleared their system cache and did a factory reset also. Maybe the people who haven't done both are the ones experiencing worse battery life.
I personally do both after any update and have never had issues with any update.

I think he means he will skip the 5.1.1 update and wait on 6.0. Just a guess though.

Of course at this point, I would just like an explanation for the delay in issuing 5.1.1.

That's true. I agree with you also.

The problem is Verizon won't tell us why even on their own forums is bs answers

It's because they want to make you think that they're going to push 5.1.1, when they moat likely won't

They are probably afraid if they give the update, their sale of the new phones that come with the 5.1.1 already on them will decline drastically just a guess. :)

Agreed .... Why won't they give us a reason? Or just tell us we are going to have to wait on 6.0. Either way, bad news doesn't get any better with age.

Interesting back and forth with vz on Twitter

Same here in the UK on EE, all other carriers seem to have pushed 5.1.1 out already, their forum's and support are about as much use as a chocolate teapot

Verizon sent out 5.1.1 to our tablets. It's been over a week but I'm thinking it should be coming any second now on our Note 4's.
