Verizon Android 10 update

Clear cache on what ? Maps ?

I tried that didn't work .
It's weird , you type a address in and then hit share and the menu comes up with all the options for ways to share it But none of them work at all .... absolutely nothing

I just tried the share location thing to my emeril. It worked.

That's strange , hope you don't have to factory reset it

Well after thinking about it for a bit I realized I forgot to check for updating Google maps ....

Rookie mistake LOL .
After updating maps it's working fine.

I keep flip flopping back and forth from my 11 pro and my s10e and my pixel 3 ....
Honestly if the shutter was just a little faster on my s10e I couldn't say it's not a equal to any other phone out right now

Ok Thanks! I heard people talking about Google gestures guess I'll google it and read about it. I'll install it when I get to work later.

It seems to have messed with the Verizon call blocker function. Before the update if I rejected a call I immediately got a notification that XXX-XXX-XXXX called and isn't a contact. After the update it can be 10 minutes or more before I get that audible notification. Also it's turned back on a lot of app notifications that I thought I had turned off. It's not giving audible notifications which would be a pain but it's popping up a notification symbol in the AOD and in the pull down tray saying "this app got your location...." which I don't ever remember seeing before the update.

Camera app problem: In "more" settings, and then clicking on the pencil, I can't drag up camera modes, such as "video" that I want not on the list since when I'm setting up to take a picture my finger often accidentally hits the other options like moving to "video" when I want to be on "photo". The only option I see on the bottom that is not grayed out is "panorama" - "photo" and "video" are grayed out.

I think in general, at least on the S10e, the screen is too crowded with options near each other. I don't like the Pro mode at all - manual focus is largely a joke and hard to get right.
