I was just wondering how/where people were chatting with reps to find out info in the tbolt? I can't find it anywhere on their site. And with google, the only thing I could find was chat for fios services, which I don't have.

Honestly, it's a real pain to find! For some reason the only way I found it was by clicking around for awhile and then an in browser "pop-up" showed in the middle of my screen and asked if I wanted to chat.
Yea, I remember seeing those pop ups floating around. But now when I go looking for it I can't find it lol. I want to try to chat with someone to try to get my upgrade date moved up one week. I'm eligible on Feb 21st, but if the tbolt does indeed come out on the 14th I don't want to wait lol.
Every time i go to verizonwireless .com that box comes up about 20 sec later. Running chrome on mac 10.6

I am so pumped that at least we are getting pretty much a confirmation that the 14th will be the release date. SO PUMPED.
How much you wanna bet the VZW reps are on this forum between "calls" reading what other VZW reps are saying, and perpetuating the 14th rumor? After all, if one of their co-workers said the 14th, it must be true, right? Right??

Doubtful, I yhink for the most part they have scripts they can't really deviate from. Only time can tell, But I hope its the 14th.
