verizon cloud not working is there another app to use for back up?

I have a Verizon Galaxy S6 Verizon cloud has not been working for some time I have contacted Verizon with still no luck they are aware of the problem and are working on it for months now. I have my photos backed up though Google. Is there an app to back up contacts, phone calls and text messsages (I use Textra)
