Verizon Droid DNA VS HTC ONE

Could someone do a comparison on these two phones. I'm due for an upgrade and trying to decide if i want to switch carriers for the HTC ONE or stay on verizon and get the DNA

I had the Droid DNA on Verizon for a short period before I switched to a Note 2. It is a SOLID phone by anyone's measure. In real world applications you probably wont see a huge difference aside from the application differences like Sense 4 vs 5. Personally I am on the fence of switching to AT&T for the reason of wanting to get the One and Verizon has been on my nerve about the way they are treating their customers lately.
