Verizon Droid on Claro Movil (PR)?

How would I go about doing this? Would I have to hack the phone and manually enter information? I came across this: https://supportforums.motorola.com/message/87366
and could find no further information on this topic so I thought I'd give it a shot here. Any information would be appreciated.

It would have to be flashed, assuming that it's compatible.

Flash what exactly? Claro does CDMA unless you mean something else.
