What's the word on the streets regarding a notification LED?
It wont be a deal breaker for me but why don't they have an led on their phones? It is a fairly simple addition and I find it quite valuable

The bloat-ware is horrible on Verizon, BUT as this is the NEXUS we are talking about, the Nexus is usually availible on a seperate website, i.e. the Google Nexus page, unlocked without the bloatware... Every body seems to be forgetting this.
Although, I could be completly wrong. They could change that up...
Google no longer sells direct. They stopped awhile ago.. all the Nexus phones now are being sold directly by the carriers.
Exactly my point. didn't hear, or know about that. Thanks for correcting me
It better be available off contract/unlocked!
Ya, I wish that Google still did that, I thought it was a really good idea...
So since Phil removed the unconfirmed for this phone, will it get the forum treatment (removed from rumored devices) like bionic/SGS2/etc. or will that happen later?
They meant that you could buy directly through google.
I'm no marketing major, but why compete with yourself? I don't know. My DInc2 is treating me well, and what I once thought was just my holdout phone while I waited for the Bionic looks like it might just carry me through the holidays so I can see these other phones!

I've been asking myself the same thing but Samsung must get off on that kind of thing. They released 3 galaxy s phones on Verizon alone. There are two galaxy s phones per carrier if you count the Nexus S. Doesn't seem like a good business practice to me.

If it's made by Samsung, chances aren't great. That's the type of thing that could have me not purchase it, unfortunately.

I can think of 2. The Fascinate and The ContinuumWhat 3 galaxy phones? The fascinate is the only galaxy phone. The charge isnt a galaxy s phone.
